Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of KnockHub. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

KnockHub is intended for professionals aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Your content and who owns it

You own the content you create — your profile, videos, posts, and messages. You grant KnockHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service (for example, showing your profile to matched companies). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or held in routine backups until they expire.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise harvest data or profiles, whether manually or via automated means.
• Do not attempt to unmask confidential profiles, circumvent access controls, or contact reps outside the intro flow.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, employer, or credentials.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harassing content.

We use automated and manual anti-abuse controls. Excessive automated access or other violations may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination.

4. Objectionable content and moderation

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive members. By posting to KnockHub you agree not to submit, upload, or share content that is:

• sexually explicit, pornographic, or gratuitously violent or graphic;
• hateful, or that demeans or attacks a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age;
• harassing, bullying, threatening, or intended to intimidate another member;
• unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or promoting illegal activity or self-harm;
• spam, deceptive, or impersonating another person, company, or KnockHub itself.

Every profile, post, comment, and conversation carries an in-app Report control, and every member can Block another member immediately. Reports are confidential and are reviewed by our moderation team. Intro videos submitted to KnockHub may additionally be screened by automated content moderation before they become visible to other members.

We review reports of objectionable content and remove violating content and eject the members responsible within 24 hours of a report. We may remove any content that violates these Terms, with or without a report and without prior notice, and we may suspend or terminate the account responsible. 5. Privacy of other members

Reps’ identifying details are revealed to a company only after the rep accepts an intro. You must not attempt to identify, record, or redistribute another member’s protected information.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in scraping, fraud, or abuse. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Account settings.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

KnockHub is a networking platform; we do not employ reps, guarantee hires, or verify every claim. The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnockHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes bump the version above and re-prompt you for acceptance on your next visit. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KnockHub is established.
